There are some day rooms at KIX inbetween the two wings (in the center of the term) on the third floor.
Just as an FYI, I would not recommend these rooms if you: are tall (over 6') or if noise bothers you.
The resting area does not have a bed but more of a futon that my just over 6' frame fit uncomfortably in.
There are no doors to the room just a door shade that gets pulled down, this does not shut out all the light. The staff thought nothing of talking very loudly and any PA announcements seem to come directly into your room.
the day rooms at NRT are very nice, quiet, dark and so we expected similar facilities at KIX, VERY dissapointing!
We were SOOOOOO exhausted we fell asleep anyways, but next time I will stay at the airport hotel even though it means paying a departure fee at KIX.
