Ok, can anybody who's been there give me a easy to follow guide? I'm 1K and have an RCC Membership as well as flying C. Which lounges do I have to hit?

Which airline are you flying?

If it's UA, you will be at T1 and you have a choice of UA's (probably the best) lounge in Satellite 2 and SQ's lounge in Satellite 1.

At T2, NH probably has five lounges at various locations. I have at least visited four of them. But none of them are spectacular.

I think traveling between T1 and T2 is very difficult even if you have time, once you have entered airside.

I'm flying UA, so it appears from your comments that SQ and UA are my best bets in the three hours I have. Also, would you happen to know if I want to get a Passport stamp by going out through customs and back, how difficult is it?

If you are holding a U.S. passport, I think there are no problems getting out and coming back. I am sure they will stamp your passport.

Though some people complain lack of food at the huge UA lounge, I find it to be a quite nice place to be.

I'm traveling on SQ in first and stopping in NRT. I have no status, but was curious if I would be admitted into the UA lounge. Is it worth it, or is SQ better?
