fact: arriving with AC 383 from BOS at 12:05 and leaving again back to BOS with AC 386 at 14:45 on a Friday (may17-2002)

questions:
* do I have to pass Canada immigration and, before flying back again US immigration or can I just stay in a transit area
* StarAlliance lounges (in the transit) area near the departure gates (to BOS on AC) to the USA?

Just in case no one provides you with a better answer, I am pretty sure you wll have to clear Cdn. immigration and then preclear the U.S. one. Can't stay airside - the airports here aren't set up for that.

a little late for a response, but for future reference, there is a MLL in the transborder terminal, just before the Cheers restaurant I believe.

thank you - I did find that excellent Marple Leap Lounge (with several Internet working stations).

Any AC (Marple Leaf) Lounge after US-immigration at YUL?

They are two Maple Leaf Lounge located in Dorval airport. The first is after the U.S immigration located between the Tb-New and the international finger. The second is on the domestic finger of Air Canada. We also have a arrival lounge for Star Alliance member.

So if i'm making a connection from AC domestic to AC international at YUL, I shouldn't head off towards the departure gate too early?

How long will it take to get from the MLL lounge to the typical London gates?

Thanks
