clicked on site, got the messege "Actualmente el sitio de Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 no está optimizado para ser visualizado con el Netscape Navigator/Comunicator."

Which I am assuming means the site does not support my browser.

The current URL for Argentina airports information is Argentina airports web site (http://www.aa2000.com.ar/index.php) where you can select the airport of your choice and English langauge as well. Kinda clunky and incomplete, but try it first, as your question may get answered easily (e.g. departure fees, customs allowances, domestic and carry-on baggage allowances, taxis, busses and remis into town, etc.)
