HI,

I check the changi airport website and can't find the Business Class Lounge for UA Mileage Plus.

Thus, is it possible for UA ticket holder to go to the StarAlliance lounge e.g. Singapore Airlines?

Cheers.

There's been a lot of discussion on this, but the bottom line is generally you have to go to the SATS Premier Lounge, which isn't too bad. You get a pass when you check-in.

Hi. The Silver Kris Lounge (Business) is also Star Alliance Gold Lounge. Additionally they have a Silver Kris Premier Lounge as well. Being a Star Alliance Member, you will get access to both lounges. I am a PPS Club Member with SIA and I stumble across UA flyers frequently. Cheers. Bert

Would a non-UA RCC or MileagePlus member flying on a UA Business Class ticket (upgraded from coach) have access to the Silver Kris lounge or only the contract SATS lounge???

If you are departing SIN on UA then you will be leaving from Terminal 1. You will be provided wth an entry card to the Rain Forest lounge (at least that was the lounge UA was using in May; note that the use of the Rain Forest lounge is realtively new, UA used to use a SATS lounge in Terminal 1). The Rain Forest lounge is towards gates C1-7, with an elevator or stairs up one level. It's an ok lounge.

SQ operates out of Terminal 2, which is a bit of a walk or skytrian ride. You may be able to gain entry to the Silver Kris lounge in Terminal 2, but this would be an exception, I believe.
