"CHANGI Airport got an international award yesterday for giving airlines the best returns on their dollar.

It is the second time in a row that the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), which runs the airport, has bagged the Eagle award, given out by the International Air Transport Association (Iata)."
