Is anybody familiar with this lounges? One is called Plaza Premium and the other Plaza Shower.

i think you can pay to enter (or use priority pass). decent facilities, but usually quite crowded

I used the Plaza Premium lounge about a year ago, and was very impressed. Whilst it was busy, there was no difference to a typical airline's lounge in the peak times. Good selection of hot food available, but limited selection of drinks - i.e only beer, no wine or spirits.
