To visit family in Fanwood, NJ, I typically fly into EWR, then take a cab at around $35 each way. Does anyone know if there is a regional bus service for this trip?

If Fanwood is near a hotel, there might be an airport shuttle service that you can use for $15-20.
I think Fanwood is near Scotch Plains?? If so, maybe take the NJ Transit Airlink bus to Newark Penn Station and then the Raritan Valley line to whatever stop is most convenient.
