Is the driving route inside the AP from the left lane near Term 1 across to UA back open?

I dropped off someone this morning and that shortcut was open. If you are dropping off someone they have you drop them off in the parking structure not at the curb. It was fast and easy. The parking is open now too. Not too many cars though.
