I didn't know about that website (dunno how long it's been around) until I heard a ParkOne ad on "News 980" KFWB this Tuesday. The website mentions that only the Century entrance is open, has a Rates page, and even a coupon for 1 free day with minimum 3 or 10% off (tho the discount is not as good as the 20% off Southwest Airlines Rapid Reward members get just by showing their RR card).

As far as I know, the only lots that were ever closed were the ones on the airport side of Sepulveda Blvd (ie, the LAX short-term lots inside the loop, plus private ParkOne to the right side of the loop just before Terminal 1 as you come in on the lower level).
Since WallyPark is several blocks away (not even the closest lot on the non-airport -- east -- side of Sepulveda), I don't see why it would ever have been closed.

However, annoyingly, most LAX announcements (especially the first week or so) about parking made no mention of private lots at all, misleading many people into thinking private lots had been closed. (Then later, just as annoyingly, they declared on their website that "all" private lots were open, before ParkOne had been reopened!)
