By mere mortals, at least. Both entrances are on streets that security disallows private cars from entering. And this is contrary to what ParkOne told me over the phone hours earlier! (More details in my post "my Wednesday LAX-BWI RR flight" in FlyerTalk Miles: Airlines: Southwest.)
A shame, because for short flights out of Terminal 1 at least (which it's only about a minute walk away from), it's used to be much more practical than any other lot, especially if you had a discount such as Southwest's and earned miles by using your Diners Club (which the LAX operated lots B/C don't accept). The ParkOne lot seems nearly empty. I don't see how they'll be able to stay in business long if they're not able to get a publicly accessible entrance going soon...
