How nice is this R-C property? How does it compare to the Island Shangri-La?

I'm trying to decide between the two hotels and would appreciate comments about room size, service, spa/health club facilities, and overall ambience.

I've stayed at the Conrad HKG and found it satisfactory. I'm hoping that a stay at the R-C or Island Shangri-La will be more enjoyable.

They're nice, but not up to Peninsula standard. Cheaper, though.
