I've been flying ORD-CVG for the past two years, but I just drove from Chicago to Cincinnati.

I passed by what looks like a new horse track on I-74 just SE of Indianapolis. I was not halucinating was I, What track is this?

I don't know anything about it other than the fact that it's the second such track built in this area (the other is in Anderson, Ind.) since 1990 or so.
