Closest to the Drake are:

Blue Chicago 736 N. Clark St, Chicago Tel: (312) 642-6261
Blue Chicago on Clark 536 N. Clark St, Chicago Tel: (312) 661-0100
536 location is very small.

There are two best spots in Chicago for Jazz IMO. For a downtown location, the Jazz Showcase is tops! (and is only a 5-10 minute cab ride from the Drake). http://www.jazz-showcase.com/

I'll mention the other just in case you are ever in the far, far north side of Chicago, the Green Mill, jazz bar has not changed in 40 years. Saw the best sets I've heard in recent memory here, the Kenny Werner Trio. SEE THIS GUY!!!!! Tour locations are listed in his website: http://www.kennywerner.com/
