Coolidge Christmas is a rather simple affair.

There are no Christmas carols by Sinatra or Crosby. There are no gaudy red bows on the wreaths and tinseled-to-death trees. No avalanche of presents either.

Plymouth Notch on Saturday celebrated what a Vermont Christmas would have been like in the year President Calvin Coolidge was born.
