Is there some way to travel between Paris Nord and Paris Est stations. Bus, metro or other?

Also, is there any difference between a Thalyis train and a TVG train with respect to travel between Paris and Brussels?

Options for traveling between the Nord and Est stations (http://www.flyertalk.com/travel/fttravel_forum/Forum43/HTML/000020.html) has been covered well elsewhere in this forum.

Yes, there is a difference. The Thalys (http://www.thalys.com) travels between Paris and Brussels, and the TGV does not.

TGV-Nord ends in Lille. Mechanically similar train, different paint schemes and interiors.

Paris-Nord and Paris-Est stations are very close. You can walk (less than 5 minutes) or take the metro if you like (but there is only one stop between the two stations), using line 4 or line 5.
