We are thinking of going to Paris March 10-17. What kind of weather can we expect? Thank you.

Cold to cool with frequent showers, overcast skies with the occasional perfect day.

Well, rainy, sunny and overcast all in the same hour. Its fairly mild though and with the correct outerwear and parpluie, you should be set for some major good times.
I'm from Seattle and rain or no rain, life goes on.

March 2001 was not pretty.

monahos is right on. And lalala has the right approach with layering. Spring comes very late in Paris, and March can be very cold (I have experienced snow at Easter). Greenery is just staring to peak out. Umbrella and good waterproof shoes are a must.
