I have tried several travel bidding sites in hopes of saving a few dollars. The only site that takes Canadian customers that I have seen is Skyauction, which I feel gave me good value. A condo for a week in florida for $212usd, ($195 + 15fee + $2bid) or $30 per night.
Thanks Greg

You can try priceline by using a fake address. However, Priceline may not accept your non-U.S. bank issued Mastercard or Visa. American Express appears to work fine.

Priceline has accepted my Royal Bank issued Visa, but I do have an American billing address on that card.

I have posted this before... about PRICELINE
I live in Canada and YES my MasterCard still works. Just keep trying all your cards and one of them should work.
CIBC Visa is known not to work, you will have best luck with an Amex then MasterCard. Priceline uses Visa centre for processing so the authentication is more strict.
Address
line1: street
line2: city, Canada, PoStCo
City: Ontario
State: Ca
Zip: 00000
And voila, it works... they don't seem to do address verification. They do the CVV2 (3 digits on back of card) verification instead.

I used my girlfriend's parent's TD US$ Visa, and it worked! Maybe a coincidence cause of the currency used, though it still has a cdn billing address.
