3 weeks ago we visited down-town Los Angeles & have stayed at BestWestern MayFair on West 7th Street. Because we were first-timer visitor, we were going to Visitor Information Center just on the corner where 7th street crossing Piqueroa street in front of Red-blue line Metro terminal.
We got Universal Studio adult ticket only US$ 30.00 pp.Saving US$10.00 from regular fare. Not bad !

Irvine--Thanks for posting about the Marriott promotion. I will definately take advantage of that. I was just curious where you saw the promotion? I couldn't find it on the marriott or universal websites or through a general google websearch.
