Officers aboard the Holland America cruise ship Ryndam have received grand jury subpoenas from the U.S. attorney in Anchorage in connection with an Aug. 17 incident when the ship illegally dumped roughly 40,000 gallons of wastewater into Juneau's downtown harbor.
