Just wondering if there are any international flights from GDX other than the flight to ANC and connections through SVO.

AFAIK, MAVIAL (Magadan Airlines) is the only carrier flying to Anchorage once weekly on a Tu154 with a stop in Petropavlovsk.

Actually, Alaska Airlines used to fly twice a week (once a week during winter) from Anchorage to Vladivostok, with stopovers in Magadan (or Petropavlovsk, depending on the day of the week) and Khabarovsk. They discontinued this route in 1998.
