We have a 2hr connection time after arriving at 7:30am into JNB and connecting to a CPT flt. at 9:40am. Do we have time to use the business class lounge which I believe has showers(for SAA psngrs) before catching the domestic flt? Thanks.

As long as you have proper access to the SAA domestic lounge and you clear immigration/customs post haste, then Yes.

If you are checking in for your domestic (the walk to the new Domestic terminal is about 5 - 10 mins depending how quick you walk!) then you should have 40mins to spare assuming again no line at check in. Security in the domestic terminal should take UNDER 2-3 mins.

Anyway why torment yourself by flying into JNB? Rather fly direct to CPT. JNB is a mess-avoid at all costs.
