OK, I've been killing you guys for info about my trip to Bariloche. I still have details to work out.

It looks like if you book a flight within Argentina thru a travel agent (which I am using) or with a foreign CC, you have to pay full Y.

That got me thinking, if I have to pay full Y why can't/don't I upgrade?

Does anyone have info on upgrading an aeroline asargentinas flight from Y to business? I went to the web site and my spanish isn't that good and neither was the translators.

I don't understand why the travel agent misinformed you ?? You don't have to pay full Y !!

I've found full Y to be only 15-20% more than discounted economy in AR. A bit of a hit but not too much. BC is quite a bit more (not sure exactly).
