With Hilton transfers no longer a Global Pass option, I am looking to burn my miles. I am looking for suggestions for good skiing and upscale accomodations. Anyone interested in a FT ski trip?

Las Lenas or Bariloche in Argentina. Portillo in Chile. In Portillo, Chile, I recommend the Hotel Portillo itself since I don't think there are any other options. No major chain hotels in any of these 3 places.

I plan to do a ski trip down there this summer (for us North of the equator) but I am not sure if I will have to squeeze such a trip into the last week of July and perhaps gamble on the conditions for the first week of August.

I will be down there in AUG to Ski. Don't know where. Lets plan a Ski DO in LAT AM!

I'm going to EZE 8/4 to 8/10.
