One of the highlights for us in Madrid was attending a dinner show of flamenco dancers.
I understand there are tango clubs where shows are performed in Buenos Aires.
Anybody been? recommendations?

I went to Cafe Tortoni, 829 Avenida de Mayo; telephone (54-1) 342-4328. Open 9 A.M. to 1 A.M. Sunday, 8 A.M. to 1 A.M. Monday and 8 A.M. to 3 A.M. Tuesday to Saturday. There are nightly tango or jazz performances.
You find many Tango Shows in the area of San Telmo: . La Cumparsita, 302 Chile, (54-1) 361-6880, is an intimate tango bar, open till 4 A.M., where patrons can practice their steps with dancers on the club's floor; $25
Junior, 7200 Figueroa Alcorta, (54-1) 780-0100, is an all-inclusive nightclub with restaurants, swimming pool, exotic fish tank and dance floor, with a $10 minimum at the disco.
Piola, 1078 Libertad, (54-1) 812-0690, off Santa Fe and Libertad near Barrio Norte, starts jumping at around 1 A.M. on weekends.

rom dives to gand shows, EZE has it all. Mr Tango is a dinner/show approx 100 pesos (29USD)per person - pickup and drop-off from your hotel.
Then there are these small dives in centro areas. You might also see free tangos being performed in the streets ad small plazas during summer.
