I am curious if anyone has used this company and the resulting experiences. Their rates seem to be a fair amount less than the "majors" for the same car types. Thanks.

I am now more hesitant to use a company that does not have offices here.

Arriving in Gatwick a couple of years ago, the company I had booked through on-lne had since gone under and was not answering their phone. Airport rentals--booked on site--were double what I had planned on. I ended up walking outside & asking one of the rental car shuttles (Sixt, I think) to call in and see what they could do for me, and ended up paying 50% more than the original reservation.

Travel magazines indicate that if you have a problem with the rental, or are charged wrongly for damage, etc., it is much easier to work out when the company has offices stateside.
