Is anyone familiar with this hotel? I read on its website that a floating market is close by. Is it a real floating market? Any other places close by that worth to explore?

I stayed there 5 years ago. So much may have changed...

I don't know a floating market in the area. But some comments about the hotel:
- the hotel was very nice.
- there was a free boat service to the town centre. The boat ride is great.
- the hotel is far away from the town centre.
