I just changed my SIN reservation from the RC to Four Seasons.. Do they offer Butler service, with laundry etc. I have recieved it at other Four Seasons, but would like to know if I should bring my dry cleaning with me.. Also what other than Raffles is the BEST in SIN. I am guessing Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, and Pan Pacific(If like in SF)

Pan Pacific isn't in the same category. Maybe add Shangri-la and Fullerton to the list.
