Have never stayed at one but I did make a backup booking at the Radisson. There's a shuttle bus (it's a bit far away) and the online special rate was around USD 100.

I've stayed at the Righa Royal Narita recently. There's a free shuttle to/from the airport and another free shuttle into Narita. Quite a few airline crews stay at the hotel, If you're up in the middle of the night there's a family of racoons living in a center atrium.
