New Delhi - The magnificent sandstone ramparts of the Red Fort in Old Delhi have been further fortified since the terrorist attacks on the United States. Outside, the usual colorful swirl of foreign tourists has thinned out to a line of people threading through a metal detector. Guards poke through handbags and pat down the men.
