Flight schedules around the country will be disrupted for four hours today as air traffic controllers in Melbourne stop work over a pay dispute.

An Australian Industrial Relations Court (AIRC) hearing last night failed to avert the industrial action between 11am and 3pm (AEDT) by employees of Air Services Australia (ASA).
