I'm looking for a top notch all-inclusive resort for a suprise anniversary trip the first of Dec. I was thinking "adults only" but am not sure there would be too many kids traveling that time of year. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What do you mean by "topnotch" ? A do-nothing-leave-us-alone resort ? or too-many-activities-fitting-anybody's-choice resort ?

If the former, my current favourite is http://psvresort.com/
