I've saved enough FF miles to take the whole family on a trip, and I've decided that Costa Rica sounds like a decent option. There will be 8 of us, including 2 infants, and rather than get 3 or 4 hotel rooms, I'm wondering if a 3 bedroom apartment of condo might be a better option. Can anyone suggest how to go about finding something like this, and/or a better Carribean destination for a trip like this?

You should begin with looking at some of the costa rican websites. Not many travellers do this often - Costa Rica is popular with nature lovers and hiking and other adventure type activities dominate the tourism'f focus.
