Grupo del Caribe, one of the Caribbean's largest development groups, unveiled plans to develop Cap Cana, a golf and yachting destination, in the Dominican Republic. The multibillion-dollar project will be built on 30,000 acres of oceanfront property, on the easternmost point of the island, next to Punta Cana. Jack Nicklaus will design three golf courses, and plans call for the largest private marina in the Caribbean, with several harbors.
