Looking to book a cruise (3-4 cabins) for family gathering, and would like to earn as much FF mileage as possible. Which airlines partner with cruise lines? I recall seeing flyers in my FF statements, but as most statements now come electronically, I'm having trouble locating this info.

raddison & renessiance have had mileage offers w/aa, & ua. pretty sure w/ dl also. have called aa & got promo code. the deals vary. some have been x mi/passenger. others are / cabin. booking 4 cabins perhaps should be done individually to max mi's.

Orient lines offered miles miles too (per cabin based on length of cruise), it's best to search at the Airline's site and see who they have teamed with then to try to find it at the cruise line's site. For example, at United the list is at:

http://www.ual.com/site/primary/0,10017,1226,00.html

(main page, Mileage Plus Programs, Partner Guide, then vacations and cruises)

Cruises come and go on the mileage programs, so if it's not there the first time you check, look again in a few weeks, it may be back again.

The airlines don't make it easy to find, so spend some time at your airlines's site getting use to how they lay out their pages.

I have never had cruise miles post by themselves, I have always had to contact the ctruise line after the cruise, get the form from them, and submit it to the airline, so don't get worried if they don't get there the day you get back.

I have noticed that cruises which offer points tend to be much, much higher priced than the same cruise purchased elsewhere (ie. thru a discounter).

Be sure to shop around, just to make sure those points you are desiring are really worth the additional added price.

In general, points do have a cost!

Not my experience at all. My cruise miles have come from the cruise line, and they don't care what you paid. You fill out the form with your booking number and FF number and get the miles. The miles were based on length of the cruise, not dollars spent, at least in the cases where I have gotten them.
