Is Bally's a decent hotel? Does it participate in the Hilton program?

I REALLY like Bally's, maybe it was because on my first trip to LV it was the property we stayed in. Have stayed at other's but I REALLY like Ballys (did I say that already).

Take it with a grain of salt, as most of my LV trip buddies, like to always try different properties, so I'm in the minority w/my group.

Great location, cheap, decent. A good budget choice. Consider also the Barbary Coast next door if it's less expensive.
