Anybody have experiences, good or bad, with Thrifty in San Juan Puerto Rico? I have a reservation with them pickup and dropoff at the airport for a 1 week rental, intermediate car.

DON'T RENT WITH THEM. I had to wait 30 minutes to get from the airport to their office, then 55 minutes before they gave me a car. Even then, the fuel tank was nearly empty.

Thanks for the comment! I had told my travel office that I wasn't thrilled about having to use Thrifty (previous poor service in other cities), and they did manage to get me Budget at the same cost.
