Thrifty has cheap rates, but READ THE FINE PRINT! After I reserved the car, I noticed in the Terms paragraph that they charge Florida residents 45 CENTS A MILE in addition to the cost of renting the car. This is a total rip off, as most rental companies offer unlimited mileage for a standard full size car. I called Thrifty to make sure that they did in fact charged 45 cents a mile, and they said they did.

To make a long story short, I immediately cancelled the reservation. So, just stay away from Thrifty. It's not worth it!!!
