Every time I try to rent from Thrifty lately, they seem to come in higher than the other agencies. Neither my local paper nor the NY Times or WSJ ever show promos any more (used to be $22-27 for a neon with some regularity). Calling Thrifty locally doesn't help, either. Is there a reason to even leave them in "Tier A" of my travel plans?????
