does anyone have a contact at thrify who can assist in resolving a dispute with miles not being posted from thrifty to a latinpass account? latinpass claims that thrifty has never responded to their requests to post miles for a rental that i've sent reciepts in for as proof of the rental, and are now asking me to call thrifty directly.......i know on other boards, company staff monitors the threads, or perhaps someone here has a contact at a higher level within thrifty. 1,000,000 latinpass miles hang in the balance. thanks.....
