Just had a nice experience in Columbus, OH renting from Thrifty-they are a bit further off the airport than the majors but do have a counter in the terminal. Anyway, nice new Dodge Neon, friendly, cordial service and they mailed back to me a card case which had fallen out of my briefcase onto the floor of the car which had in it all my frequent flier cards.
