We have 5,809 miles and our main membership is with British Airways, which used to be a U S Airways partner, I think. I don't want any of the magazines offered. What can I do with those miles? Thanks.

Donate them to Hero Miles - you can find this on the dividend miles part of the web site. This program lumps ff miles together to allow our service men and women to make it home for visits on leave - as they need to find their own transportation from the US dropoff from overseas. This program involves all the major airlines and has donated thousands of tickets to those who are sacrificing for us. I have donated all extraneous miles from all my ff programs where I didn't have enough for a ticket (as have my wife and son). These are wasted miles anyway and you can really do good with them - it's a nice feeling and costs you nothing.
