I have 4 different account with US Air ( for my family ). All of us have 34000 miles in our accounts. We have got 1000 miles for
e-statements.

How to get additional 1000 miles to get free tickets to Hawaii ?. Is there any credit card which will allow me to move my miles to 4 different accounts or if I sign up for Sprint Long distance, can I ask them to put 1000 miles in 4 different accounts rather than 5000 miles in one account ?.

Sign each account up for iDine with a different CC. Take your wife to dinner 4 times. 10 miles per $ times $100 dinner will give you the 1000 points.

AMEX Membership Rewards will allow you to transfer the miles into the 4 accounts. Just "link" the accounts online where the link happens instantly and no one can question whether your kids are AMEX cardmembers too.

Seeing that you are in PHX, take advantage of the AWA fare structure.

For example, you can fly from PHX-LAX (US Code, UA Metal) for $78 round trip and earn the miles. $78 to get you to hawaii is not a bad deal.
