That can't be right. If it were, they would clearly be inconsistent, which would mean they'd be doing things like selling First Class on planes with not enough seats in the compartment, putting RJ's on major routes longer than 500 miles, adding and removing meals on the same flights....closing clubs in the middle of the day in cities like Los Angeles...nah..
