I found the following in the fare rules ...

ROUTING 221
FROM BOS-US-ALB-US-SYR-US-ROC-US-BUF-US-PIT-OR FROM BOS-US-EWR/NYC-US-PHL-US-BWI/WAS-US-PIT-
OR FROM BOS-US-EWR/NYC-US-PHL-US-WAS/BWI-US-GSO/RDU-US-CLT-
VIA US-MKC/STL/MSP-
OR VIA US-CMH-US-IND-US-CHI-
TO US-DEN-US-SEA-US-LAX*
OR TO US-DEN-US-SFO-US-LAX*

Can you translate this for me, into what the valid routes would be?

name your choice. Theres tons of ways to route this. If this is the TOE7MSN fare you are limited to 3 transfers each way.

My best quick figures show BOS-CLT-SEA-LAX would net you 3956 miles each way. Can anyone else route it better?

Good Luck!

How does one translate the routing to give this as an option?

See the Mileage Run primer located here (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/Forum124/HTML/000027.html) for more information on routing.

Read it, learn to love it if you're interested in wacky routing.
