Looking for the following information:

- Helpfulness of agents?
- How's the club?
-Rental cars: How easy are they to pick up and is there a gas station near the airport where I can fill up on returning.
-If you know where the Hyatt is in downtown Buffalo, can you please tell me how easy it is to get there?
-Finally, with my being a US2, how easy is it to upgrade PHL-BUF-PHL leaving Saturday at 810am and returning Sunday @535?

I find the BUF agents to be quite helpful and friendly. The Club has very nice staff. It's of a decent size and has a nice view of the planes.

The rental car facilities are on site - very easy to pick up and return. The nearest gas station is the NOCO right on Genessee St. at the next main intersection east of the airport if I'm not mistaken.

Upgrades shouldn't be a problem on the PHL flights.
