Just curious to see what others are doing for employees this time of year to show their gratitude for the service they receive. I sent out xmas cards which had two small ghiradelli squares and a $5.00 cinnabon gift card to about 6 ppl in pit...
anyone else?

I always take a huge box of chocolates to the Club folks. It's been more difficult since 9/11 but if you don't try to do so at the height of security lane traffic, usually can tap into someone's holiday spirit to let you through without a plane ticket. Scanning the box and seeing for themselves is always a source of some humor! There's like 40 chocolates I think.

I took a box of chocolates to the lovely people at the DC CTO on K Street. They've done so much to help me out this year, it was the least I could do. When I gave it to them, they looked so happy (I guess the 5 tickets to Germany that I just booked through there didn't hurt either). But remember everyone, the people at U bust their butt for us day in and day out, so say thanks to those who help you out the most!

is Annette still working there? Haven't been there in ages, but she's fabulous and I was as mad as hell when they took her out of Bethesda!

Don't forget to give your favorite employee his or her very own cockroach pin! The perfect gift to give or perhaps one our stylish mugs.
