oops, lets try that again.
I was GP all this year. Just qualified for SP last week. When will I lose GP status and drop to SP? Jan 1? (and do they frown on SP people calling the GP phone lines?)
Regarding e-upgrades, I haven't been paying attention to how many I get and when. Now that I've reached 25k PM, am I due a set of e-upgrades at this point - and will I get more with the SP membership kit? (how often do you get e-upgrades anyways?)
Regarding paper upgrades - are there still system-wides vs trans-atlantic (or am I thinking of another FF plan). And what paper upgrades do I get with SP?
I've read where some people are going from no-status to SP to GP with only flying a handful of flights. How are they doing that, when the rest of us have to slug it out the hard way?
I've also read about some people getting "challenges" and attaining status that way. What are these challenges, and who gets them - and why?
Lastly, are Europeans given a break regarding the amount of flying they have to do to attain SP/GP/SP status?

Your GP status is good until Feb 29th, 2004 and then on March 1 you'll drop to Silver.

You get a set of transatlantic upgrades.
You get e-upgrades every 10,000 miles. You will get some for making silver at the end of February.
