Dear Dave Siegeclaus,
As i've been a good little gold preferred this year, I had a few things I wanted for xmas. Anything you can do to make this happen would be nice. Thank you.

1. Bring back the following routes:
PIT-CDG/LGW
PIT-GSO on mainline
PIT-IAD on mainline
the 2nd PIT-MSY flight
PIT-ATL on mainline

2. Reconsider the drastic decisions you've been making regarding PIT and how you are utilizing it. The people there are your best resource and they don't deserve to lose their jobs.

3.No more glassware on flts over 750miles in F and occasionally, give your planes a little scrub or two. The airbusses aren't bad, but the 733/734s are gross.
thanks, and merry xmas

Nice wish list. I wish that USAirways would give me the opportunity to spend $1000+ for a last minute flight, but because they downsized the planes, they don't have room, and I fly the connection on big jets on Northwest for half the price. Oh well! No money for them, a couple more hours wasted in the air for me, but at least their fleet is now 'right-sized' .. groan

Dear Dave,

Give US and its frequent fliers our pride back this holiday season.

(1) Restore F Class to the quality we enjoyed before and during bankruptcy.

(2) Restore each airplane to the level of cleanliness that one would expect of an airline of choice.
