I recently had an excellent experience with someone at the other end of the USAir silver service desk (my last, since I'll be gold next week!). I wanted to write a brief letter commending her to somewhere that might do her some good. I figured you guys seems to know everything, so I'd take a shot asking here. Any ideas?

Send all correspondence, regardless of the nature, to:

US Airways Office of Consumer Affairs
Post Office Box 1501
Winston-Salem, NC 27102-1501

Don't send it to the DMSC because it will be forwarded to Consumer Affairs and might get lost in the process.
